Reiki is an energy healing technique developed by Mikao Usui in Japan. Its principle is based on the belief in a Universal energy life force that makes everything alive.

Ki   -   Vital Energy, Life Force (same as Chi, Qi, and Prana).

The Reiki practitioner is a channel for the universal energy into the patients to assist them in activating their own natural self-healing powers and promote physical and emotional well-being.

Reiki helps with the common fog of pregnancy, improves relaxation, good sleep, and the feeling of being grounded, centred and a good connection between the mother and the baby is established.

Postnatal Reiki supports women through their journey after the birth of their baby to stimulate and accelerate the body’s natural healing processes, bringing it back into balance and alignment, and promoting physical and emotional healing.
