It’s an ancient way to see people in their totality. Body, mind and emotions are all connected. Personal circumstances, environment, relationships and how we see the world all impact our well-being. We cannot live a fulfilling and happy life if we are out of balance, dissociated and fragmented.
Holistic therapies can also work well alongside conventional medicine and help them to resolve some issues where medication may have failed.
My passion is to listen to a clients’s needs and I work holistically to help you to become aware of yourself and to find your own way to restore a sense of balance on a Physical, Emotional, Mental and Spiritual plan.

No-shows will be charged in full.
