Holistic means whole.
It’s an ancient way to see people in their totality. Body, mind and emotions are all connected. Personal circumstances, environment, relationships and how we see the world all impact our well-being. We cannot live a fulfilling and happy life if we are out of balance, dissociated and fragmented.

Holistic therapies can also work well alongside conventional medicine and help them to resolve some issues where medication may have failed.

My passion is to listen to a clients’s needs and I work holistically to help you to become aware of yourself and to find your own way to restore a sense of balance on a Physical, Emotional, Mental and Spiritual plan.

Swedish Massage is the classic and most common type of massage treatment, perfect to relax both body and mind.

A combination of smooth firm, strokes on the upper layer of muscles, calming the nervous system, increasing blood flow, assisting the lymphatic system to remove toxins and supporting the immune system and restoring the body's energy level.

Cupping therapy comes from Chinese Medicine, even though its roots have ancient origins. The first known usage of cupping was discovered in Egypt and it has been practiced in many other cultures around the world.

Cupping works on both the muscles and on the meridians of the body.It is especially effective when used to help to relieve acute and chronic pain. It’s also a short stand-alone treatment.

Cupping works as a deep tissue massage increasing blood circulation and removing toxins like lactic acid from the affected area of the body. It also activates the immune system and acupuncture points.

Cupping is a painless therapy and consists of applying cups to the body for 10 to 20 minutes at a time.
The cups cause suction on the skin, allowing more blood with oxygen and nutrients to flow freely into the treated area, stimulating the natural healing process. After a cupping treatment it is common to observe some marks or bruising, which may remain for some days. This is indicative of an effective treatment.

Cupping can help with all muscular and joint issues around the body and helps manage anxiety and stress.

Massage in pregnancy helps a woman in any trimester to relax, supports her body during a period of physiological change and helps to prepare the whole body for birth.
Pregnancy massage techniques focus on reducing stress, fatigue, anxiety, and depression, as well as decreasing swelling, joint pain and muscle aches.

Every treatment starts with a consultation to understand your needs, your habits on a daily basis, and possible contraindications to create a bespoke, personal treatment plan, with a combination of organic blended oils.

I work with a range of techniques, depending on your needs including traditional Deep Tissue techniques, Swedish techniques,Trigger Point Therapy (TrP),Neuromuscular techniques(NMT), Stretching and Cupping.

Reiki is an energy healing technique developed by Mikao Usui in Japan. Its principle is based on the belief in a Universal energy life force that makes everything alive.

Rei  -  Spiritual, Universal Soul, Universal Consciousness.

Ki   -   Vital Energy, Life Force (same as Chi, Qi and Prana).

The Reiki practitioner is a channel for the universal energy into the patients to assist them in activating their own natural self-healing powers and promote physical and emotional well-being.

The Usui Reiki Method of Natural Healing is gentle, non-invasive and safe so everyone can benefit from it at any age, from babies to elderly people. Prenatal Reiki supports women through the physical, emotional, and spiritual changes of pregnancy. The session helps both the mother and the baby to prepare for childbirth. Reiki can safely be used at any stage of pregnancy to reduce nausea, lower back pain, joint pain, muscle tension, anxiety, and depression. Reiki helps with the common fog of pregnancy, improves relaxation, good sleep, and the feeling of being grounded, centred and a good connection between the mother and the baby is established.

Postnatal Reiki supports women through their journey after the birth of their baby to stimulate and accelerate the body’s natural healing processes, bringing it back into balance and alignment, and promoting physical and emotional healing. Reiki can also help with postpartum depression syndrome and breastfeeding difficulties.

Reiki works well also as distant healing. I offer 40 minute sessions with an online consultation or a video call.
