Cancellations/changes at The Refinery made with less than 48 hours’ notice is 50% of the appointment fee.
No-shows will be charged in full.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you can do it via the link in your confirmation email or email me directly up to 48 hours in advance, and you won't be charged.

Discounts packages and vouchers are available only for treatments at The Refinery.
