Hello, I'm Elisa.

I'm a licensed Massage therapist and Reiki practitioner.

I have always been fascinated by human beings and the many ways in which we express our thoughts, emotions, feelings and communicate with others through the body. 
 
I trained as a bodyworker at the London School of Massage. 
I was also trained and I still attend classes with Tamer Morsy multi-award-winning massage therapist.

During my studies and analysing my own body, I realised how chronic pain and stress can affect everyday life and how important it is to treat the mind and body with the same level of care.

I believe in the power of touch. Touch is the most therapeutic and powerful tool we have in everyday life. Massage is a pure non-judgemental journey with a therapeutic effect on the body and mind allowing people to find balance in themselves through relaxation. I work holistically, combining Western and Eastern techniques, depending on your needs.

I'm a Reiki practitioner and I also trained in the Body Mirror System of Healing with
Chakras by Martin Brofman, is based on the idea that everything starts in the consciousness
and the body reflects the tension in the consciousness. Tension is stress, and stress
causes symptoms. So the parts of your body that do not work well reflect the parts of your
life that do not work well.
I love working with the energy of the body combining these two techniques to help you release blockages that can affect the physical and the emotional aspects of life.

I constantly developing my skills with CPD courses and lectures and I'm currently studying 3 years, degree level, Licentiate in Acupuncture (Lic. Ac).

Before being a therapist I studied art, cinema and I was a ballet dancer for 15 years. I also worked in the Italian movie industry in casting and costume department where I still work every now and then. My background in film casting and childcare enhanced my empathy and understanding of other individuals’ needs. 

I'm a co-founder of Chichibio Supperclub, running an Italian pop-up restaurant around London with some friends to share the love for food and conviviality.
